Chocolate Biscuit
A chocolate biscuit is a kind of small, flat-baked bread sweet or savory product that is usually made with melted chocolates or cocoa powder and a chemical leavener such as baking powder. In North America, a chocolate biscuit may be called a "cookie" or "cracker". The term chocolate biscuit also applies to sandwich-type biscuits, where a layer of Chocolate 'cream' or icing is sandwiched between two biscuits. They are commonly eaten as a snack and are generally made with wheat flour or oats and sweetened with sugar or honey. They have a firm browned crust and a soft interior.
