Paneer Booti

Paneer Booti or Withania coagulans is a plant that originated and is usually found in Afghanistan and India and that belongs to the Solanacease family. At some places, it is also known as Doda Paneer or Paneer ke phool. Paneer booti is largely cultivated in different parts of the world and is famous for its usefulness in medicines for different diseases. Paneer ka phool bears fruits that are sweet and are said to have diuretic and sedative properties. It is said to combat disorders such as insomnia, asthma, nervous exhaustion, and diabetes.
Paneer booti can be used to treat several stomach disorders including bad blood, gas concentration, etc. It is also used to lower sugar level in blood in some cases and in other cases, it is used as skin beauty and acne remedy.
