Sana Makki

Sana Makki also known as Senna Leaves is a miraculous remedial herb. It is used to cure constipation, hemorrhoids and post-anal operations. It is best to eaten with either honey or butter.

The Prophet Muhammad (Peace be Upon Him) also used to take Senna leaves and it is a part of the Tib-e-Nabvi treatment. Senna makki is also used for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), anal or rectal surgery, tears in the lining of the anus (anal fissures), hemorrhoids, and weight loss. However, you should not consume product if you have abdominal pain or diarrhea. Make sure to consult a healthcare provider before you consume it in case you are pregnant or nursing. Discontinue the use of this plant in case of diarrhea or watery stools. Make sure to also not exceed the recommended dose as it is not for long-term use.
