HEALTH
It was the popular saying which is I heard about many times in my childhood "If there is life then there is the world"
 Back in the time, I can't understand it but now I can understand this saying.
Health is a very important part of our life. it's very important to us to keep healthy and always be careful about our health. there are many essentials to keep our body healthy and fit. one of the essentials to keep to body healthy is water.
water is a very important part of our body. our body 70% part is made of water. water plays a very important role to keep us healthy.
according to research, all the people in the world need water according to their sex.
About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men
About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women

Sometimes people need more water according to situation and environment. for example:
people who live in hot climate states need to drink more water.
breastfeeding mothers need more water.
pregnant women need more water.
people who are doing more exercising work need more water.
people who are sick need more water.
at the last stage of our lives, people who are very old need more water.

many diseases are caused by the lack of drinking water such as:
thyroid disease
diarrhea
kidney stones
eye infection
overweight
constipation 
heartburn etc.

We can save our lives from this disease by drinking water according to our needs. now in this technology world, many apps give facilities to keep track of drinking water which was easily available on our smartphones. we can fulfill our water needs by drinking many kinds of water.
PLAIN WATER
Plain water is necessary for our health. it has no damage to our health it keeps us to remove our thirst. we can drink plain water as our body need but sometimes we get exhausted from drinking plain water and need the change our mouth taste.
LEMON WATER
Lemon water is tasteful and good for our health it protects against heartburn constipation and another disease. we can drink lemon water in both hot and cold water. if we drink lemon water hot in the morning it helps us to keep our weight in control. also, the cold lemon water protects us from heartburn. also, lemon water keeps our mouth fresh and keeps us away from the stench.
SOFT DRINKS
soft drinks are very tasteful and they also fulfill our water needs. but there were more disadvantages than their benefits. we can drink soft drinks sometimes but the regular use of these drinks damages our health and take us to death.
TEA AND COFFEE
although tea and coffee are beneficial sometimes and fulfill our water needs also it's it has many disadvantages such as sleeplessness, the addictive of these drinks, etc.
SUMMARY
simply the water is one of the most important facts of the health. if we drink less water we get ill or if we drink excess water we also get ill. that's why we need to drink water in a proper and an n balanced way.
