The flagitious driver is dangerous for the traversals. It is our bad fortune to not produce a good and humble community. The post of Driver is very sensitive and technical. The person who is hired for the post driver needs to observe his character. The character of the driver is very crucial for the school van, college bus, and public transport. Credibility is essential for drivers to drive buses.
Moreover, the flagitious drivers are creating a bad name for his institution. Drivers who are sexually in nature not be appointed for public transport. The Diwao buses, and Sky Ways companies have hired drivers who need to take written, Physiological as well technical tests. A person who has not passed these tests is not to be hired in any public transport. It is a safety measure. I am not against drivers. The driver should be sound mind and well versed in his job. The drivers need to have sharp minds as well as keep cool minds during traveling. I have observed road accidents 95% of drivers escape on the spot. This Attitude is dangerous for the public who travel on local conveyance.
The drivers should be license holders of LTV or HTV for operating buses. The driver is not to be hired on a reference basis it is more dangerous for the entire local travelers. In this regard, I request all public and private companies to hire sharp mind drivers, well trained and good moral characters for public transport.
Moreover, I requested the government to upgradation the post of the driver in Bps-09 or BPS-10. The greedy, cruel, sexually explosive drivers need to be de-hired or expelled from the posts.
