As a profession Teaching is the best of all. This is the only Profession in which a person not only teaches others but also himself learn more, because a teacher always remain touch with study. You will find a vivid difference between a teacher and a general man or a man of other profession. Through teaching a teacher not only teaches the student but build future of the nation. So teacher is the future builder of any nation. An honest teacher not only always prepares himself for the lecture which he shall deliver to the student but also provide better environment during his teaching in the class. A teacher should be a role model for the student. Actually I want to bring the government attention towards private institutions. Although the private institution are providing better services than government schools. But they also have some demerits. Towards which the government should pay attention. Among private schools always remain competition; therefore they put all the attention on their course. The private schools have a choice of selecting their own course. So most of the institution selects such a course that should not be easy, they do so only to impress the parents. But actually they don’t pay due attention to the course during the year. Because In most private institution of Pakistan they appoint such a teacher to whom they pay low salary. Most of these teachers even can’t teach the subject properly. For example; Schools in which Oxford course is taught, usually fail to teach the subjects properly because they don’t have the due standard teacher for the course in their institution. Teachers of Private institutions remain change always, because of low salary or wrong attitude of the owner or Principal of the institution. The private institution does not pay appropriate salary to their staff. Therefore the teacher always try to leave the present school and join another where he should get an appropriate salary. In most of Institutions the Head of the institution dismiss their teachers before summer vacation, only for saving the summer vacation salary, which they will pay to the teachers. The other thing is wrong attitude of the Principal or Owner of the school. This is the most common thing which we can find in most private schools in Pakistan. Therefore resigning of the old (experienced Staff) and joining of the new staff remain continue. This lay a great impact on the students. The government should make some rules for the private institution so that they should not be defiant. The teacher should be given his due right and the student should be paid due attention. This is the only way through which we can educate well our future generation.
