Impact of indian movies and Dramas on our society

I realized how a great influence of Indian media is on our society, on our belief and our thoughts through an incident and this incident happened when I went to meet my neighbour at his home. His little child was going on the roof at 10 “O” cloc. I ask to the boy where are you going he replied I am going to worship the moon. I was shocked and I asked why? You belong to a Muslim family he replied I saw this in my favourite Indian dama. Then the words of soniaGandhi have been come in my mind. Once she said in her interview that India has won the war against Pakistan because the Pakistni boys would not be known the name of their great personalities but they would must be known the name of our actors. Indian media is a cause of bringing a change in our ideology. Some Indian movies are conveying a messeg that patition of subcontinent was unnecessary and Pakistan and India should be one state. Some youngsters think that they are right but it totally opposite to the ideology of Pakistan and indirectly they are attacking on our national language. People syas “Galti” instead of Ghalti. Some says “Fir” instead of “Phir”.

It is not limited to these affairs I became more frightened when I read the news about of a child while he was copying Chota bheem and Indian cartoon.

Not our child our women have also a great influence of Indian dramas and movies she likes to wear Saris and Indian dresses on special occasion many Indian channels like Star Plus, Colours etc. has promoted the conspirencies of in laws and the disputes of mother in law and daughter in law some Indian shows like Crime Petrol, Dastak are developing the techniques of crimes cirminals learnsdifferent techniques of crimes through these shows. Now the rate of crime has been increase in Pakistan. India has promote their culture their language and their values throgh their media. This is the time to do something. Now there is a need to change the thoughts of our people. For that purpose only our own media can do something. Pakistani media should promote are own programes instead of playing or coping Indian programes.
