No any law allows to
discrimination on the basis of gender but we do in all sphere of life whether
personal or professional life. In this discrimination the victim is only only
one gender that is female. In the word “female” there are only two letters i.e.
f and e with male. Same as the word, women are influenced by male in every stage
of life. Decision making of women for her is considered taboo in a society.
Many of organizations don’t recruit women not because of their qualification or
abilities but because of their gender. We all have to analyze the role of women
form the house to society as a whole in different roles i.e. mother to
reevaluate their precious value. May be this can help us to recognize them as an
equal citizen of the society.
