Healthy eating is not about staying thin or depriving yourself of the food you love its about feeling great having more energy and this all begins with learning t how to’ eat smart’.

Carbohydrates , proteins ,fat ,vitamins ,minerals , and fiber these all are the sources of energy and must be taken in the correct proportions which can reduce the risk of illnesses such as heart disease , cancer and diabetes as well as defend against depression.

Here are some of the very important healthy tips until and unless we are not going to apply in our lives we would not stay healthy.

Firstly always eat with other people because it has numerous social and emotional benefits and allows you to model healthy secondly, listens to your body first if you feel hungry or you wanted to have a glass of water to see if you are thirsty instead of hungry .stop eating before you feel full during a meal.

A healthy breakfast can jumpstart your metabolism and eat small meals through out the day ,always chew food slowly savoring every bite so that we feel all flavors and food get easily digested that is the third tip.

Besides these tips we should find ways to move our body by climbing stairs playing with children trimming the lawn all are healthy activities which should be a part of our routine.

Avoid junk food ,mayonnaise ,butter and sauces should be taken in limited amounts ,avoid such areas where rooms are filled with smoke or like high traffic areas and the most important is your positive thought that reduce stress how we can reduce stress? By walking on the beach by reading adventurous or informative knowledge base book , good music is also the best solution of reducing pain. There are further more activities can be adopted .
