Strategy Being Devised for Foreign Observers  Islamabad (May 17, 2018): Election Commission says it would grant permission to all election observers coming to Pakistan through the legal process.In a statement, it said observers are part and parcel of the election process and comprehensive planning is being done for their facilitation.Click Play Button To Watch This Video  It said international observers send their applications to observe elections through Ministry of Foreign Affairs and this is standard operating procedure the world over. After clearance by interior ministry foreign observers would be permitted to monitor the election.Use of Indelible InkThe ECP has also decided to use indelible ink in 2018 election to make ensure the transparency of polls.
