Cezanne khan was born on 28th December 1977 in mumbai,India. Cezanne's father was a famous sitarist who died on 6 may 2017 in karachi.Cezanne's mother is an interior designer. Paul Cezanne was a painter his mother liked the name so she named him as cezanne. Cezanne has one brother from his mother ,Suhail Rais khan and two brothers from another mother, Farhan and Hasnain khan.
Cezanne khan completed his schooling from barnes school devlali. Cezanne then completed his bcom from MMS college bandra. Cezanne also acted in theatre dramas. Cezanne wanted to become a pilot but due to his weak eyesight he couldn't. Cezanne then took admission in mba program in NMMIS. But he got offer for hasratein and he left his mba and opted for hasratein . After hasratein he got a role in kaliren serial under balaji productions. After kaliren Ekta choose him for kasauti zindagi ki as Anurag basu. Anurag basu character got so much love and appreciation that he became household name. He got so much popularity from kasauti zindagi ki.
During kasauti he fell in love with his leading lady Shweta tiwari but both of them denied this rumour. He bought house in mumbai bandra and named it on his maternal grand mother Nabaat.
Khan also worked in many Pakistani serials like gulnaar bano , piya ke ghar jana hai and silsilay chahton ke.
He left kasauti due to leap issue on 2007. After kasauti he did hum do hain na serial on sony. In 2009 he played the role of Ravi in NDTV seeta aur geeta serial.
In 2012 he got offer for serial yeh hain mohabattein of star plus but he turn down the offer as he had to go to America for work.
Cezanne khan is single and ready to mingle. He is living in mumbai with his mother and brother. His fans are waiting for his comeback asap.
