I congratulate city nazim Syed
Mustafa Kamal for his dedication and hard work which has changed the shape of
Karachi. In 3 years time what he has done which no body could do in 60 years.
This shows that present local govt system is very effective and can deliver to
public directly. Those who are opposing this system are dishonest and wants to
cheat the govt. If you have dishonest people in the govt they can beat any
system. I hope present PPP govt will not disturbe this system and bring honest
people in other areas of Sindh. It is not the system which is good or bad, but
the people who run the system. Again I congratulate Mustafa Kamal and his team
for such honour given to him by ALLAH SWT.
