THE PARTY ELECTION AND POLITICAL CASES

The party election is very crucial for the growth of new political leadership. Unfortunately, no political party is realizing this point and fails to do so in fair play in this regard. The demagogic leaders are running the state, and no reforms have been brought towards the development of new Pakistan. The Pakistan Tareekh-e-Insaaf (PIT) has conducted a party election, unfair means no alternate candidate participating in the inter-party elections denotes failure of the root cause of democracy. The decision of the election tribunal is in the front to prove. There is no hierarchy of political leadership existing to enhance political development in Pakistan. The new chairman of PIT is a professional advocate. Currently, he is the chairman of PTI until Mr. Imran Khan's Acquittal from all cases. The political cases are a political drama which is prevailed in Pakistan since 1951. The democratic life is short and will stop due to a non-political approach and no tolerance policy towards other leadership. The PML (N) supreme leader still hopes to conduct the next general election. Recent developments by the Apex Court of Pakistan have suspended the disqualification of the PML (N) supreme leader will contest the election general election. On the other hand, the PTI "Bat" symbol has been reverted by the Election Commission of Pakistan through litigation. It is against constitutional reforms and basic fundamental rights of any party that is a ridiculous and unfair play by the PDM.

On the other hand, the PML (N) party election is a fool play. All the scenarios would be created by the previous regime and their intent to political victimization. The incumbent government has strengthened itself with the help of hidden enemies and trying to stay in the long run. The political cases are old dramas that have been created by the incumbent government. I cannot blame only one party. Each party that has availed the opportunity to rule tries to crash other political opponents or take an iron hand to teach them a lesson in the different aspects. In Pakistan, political victimization is the natural work of some politicians who always try to dominate other opponents. In Pakistan, no future leadership has been bringing up their original strengths point to worry for the people of Pakistan. The race of corruption is on the high edge in every institution. The involvement of institutions in political cases is bad fortunate for Pakistan. The lack of incompetence is increasing day by day in Pakistan.

The role of the accountability bureau is zero. Today, the habit of implication of false cases is on high edge. A few provisions of the accountability bureau are wrong in that the rule of
plea-bargaining is a black law. Conversely, the withdrawn cases are a big dilemma in the Pakistani political context. It is a bitter reality. The top bureaucracy is selecting through conspiracy, favoritism, key post appointment through fraud, collusion, and political leadership wills, and is a setback for entire judicial systems. Every government in Pakistan has appointed their elected representatives as heads of the departments in particular institutions that run its policy, which is the reason for down- the downfall of administration in Pakistan.
The people's tendency towards political affiliation is increasing day by day. 65% of people of Pakistan think that merit jobs are a dream and try to be affiliated with a political party to acquire jobs as per their will. The merits system is limited to commission exams only. There are many reasons behind it. Political victimization is a headache for every political party, but no one tries to stop this nonsense practice. The revenge policy is still existing in our political environment. These are reasons the growth of developments is not as per the required standard and that plan to eradicate corruption is not fulfill as desired.
