The Project BURHAN VALLEY
Burhan valley venture is a partnership, established in June 2010 by Pakistani
entrepreneurs to develop a Housing Scheme in a very locative location in Burhan
at the junction of Motorway-I, G.T Road Peshawar and Hasanabadal-Gilgit
Expressway leading to China.
The Burhan Valley is situated at the intersection of Motor Way (M-I) and G.T.
Road where 24 hours access is available and most suitable for residential,
commercial purpose and very attractive for the investors also. The project is at
the gateway of KPK Province and the last valuable point of Punjab Province, very
suitable for migrating population of KPK’s different villages.

SCHEDULE OF DEVELOPMENT
Development of Land (Phase-I)
This project will be developed in different Phases. In Phase-I, 1000 kanals of
project land will be developed, whereas 425 residential plots, 02 commercial
units, 02 schools, 01 Mosques, 01 play grounds, play land, parks and
administrative block will be created.
Development of Land (Phase-II)
In Phase-II, 2000 kanals of project land will be developed, whereas 585
residential plots, 02 commercial units, 02 schools, 01 plot for the educational
complex, 02 Mosques, 01 play grounds, graveyard plot and parks plots will be
urbanized.
Development of Land (Phase-III)
In Phase-III, 1500 kanals of project land will be developed, whereas 995
residential plots, 02 commercial units, 02 schools, 02 Mosques, 01 play grounds
and parks will be shaped.
Development of Land (Phase-IV)
In Phase-IV, 700 kanals of project land will be developed, whereas 425
residential plots, 02 commercial units, 02 schools, 01 Mosques, 01 play grounds
and administrative plots will be formed.
Phase-V (Construction of Public Buildings)
Construction of Public Buildings including Educational Institutions, Health
Centers, Libraries/I.T Centers, Jogging Tracks, Swimming Pools, Gyms, Special
Park and Mosques.
Phase-VI (Construction of Residential Units)
Construction of residential units will be start by Burhan Valley as per
clientage requirements and demands.
Phase-VII (Construction of Commercial Complex)
After selling of commercial land it will also be constructed as per given
schedule by management of burhan valley.
