Samsung To Sue Apple Over LTE Technology

It seems as the battle of Apple
and Samsung is going to take the shape of real world war. The two mobile
companies are now doing their best two keep other one down. Samsung, when they
were sued in the late august also warned Apple if their new iPhone 5 would have
LTE they would sue the company. And it seems as if Samsung is trying to keep
it’s those words really bold.
There are news around that Samsung is indeed preparing to put iPhone 5 to its
patent lawsuit against Apple. The court documents were filled and submitted by
Samsung to the federal court of San Jose. They added iPhone 5 to its list of
patent infringement against Apple. However, Samsung is not behaving like an
amateur child claiming mother for something against his brother. The fillings
are preliminary up till now, they has said they will analyze the device before
being certain about the case once it is available. They further disclose to
cover eight patents in this new lawsuit.
The south-Korean based company said,
“Apple continues to take aggressive legal measures that will limit market
competition. Under these circumstances, we have little choice but to take the
steps necessary to protect our innovations and intellectual property rights.”
