The word serdar means the head
. Serdars are the tribal heads of their various tribes . In Balochistan there
are more than one hundred tribal heads. Some are active and others are only by
name serdars .Every active serdar has TAKARIES working for their benefits . now
I will try to make you aware about their functions. Active serdars are those who
have full support of establishment , by providing them well equipped armed
personals with sophisticated and latest arms and ammunition. They show off their
armed men as their men power strength in cities and tribal meetings , to terrify
the people, otherwise they have no genuine support of their tribesmen due to
their dishonesty towards balochi code of honor and terrorist activties.
The ancient history of tribalism shows that serdari was not an ancestor system
likewise our political system. sardars were always elected by the tribesmen
keeping in view their sincerity towards code of honor in tribal society, justice
and loyal to their tribes men .but present serdars are neither elected nor they
have tribal support. yes some of them are puppets of establishment .
• The serdars always are in touch with their TAKARIES and other reporters. They
get information about the tribal activities also the activities of neighboring
tribes . the details of avenge and revenges only promote criminal activties to
show their artificial dignity.
• They have only challenge from educated persons. They get details of educated
and warrior people of their tribe. They issue instructions to their Takaries how
to discourage the education and encourage the warriors and criminals . I would
like to mention that the central government has always provided handsome funds
for the development of province, but the serdars with the help of establishment
have always used these funds only for their personal development . Their
children are reading in abroad, but ban on education of public , nab and other
agencies of the country have never investigated about these funds, because they
are passengers of same ship.
• Therefore, the serdars promote illiteracy, make the people unaware about their
rights. This is the logic that serdars never support educated society . their
first and foremost action is against the education . Firstly they give advantage
to the school teachers not to attend the schools and get their pay at home they
will fully support them with the help of corrupt establishment . Secondly they
motivate the parents don’t waste the time of children in schools , after
education they will not be able to work in the field and assist their parents in
agriculture and grazing of flocks also will never be useful to tribal society
.Thirdly our main tribal source is to create warriors and brave persons , the
educated persons never become warrior and brave , coward population will be
shame for whole tribe and the serdar . Fourthly the main and important advice to
their Takaries is that let the people be illiterate and attend their guests and
wash their hands also take /carry their weapon, if they get education, they will
never follow them ,then none be available to serve voluntarily ,then their yes
men and Takaries will be responsible to render these services . Therefore, their
criminal persons and Takaries use their influence towards illiteracy .
If you survey Balochistan Province, you must see children getting education
under the shadow of trees in ruined rooms . one can say in the residences of
ghosts at their own struggle , but government has never provided them facility
of education , neither serdars have encouraged ,health and drinking water is an
other main problem of this province. The females get water from 300 feet deep
wells in the pots by pulling it with ropes from the distance of 3 to 5
Kilometers. This is always done by women only. Women education is always abused
by serdars. They show it as dishonor for tribe. All funds of education, health
and drinking water are misappropriated by these serdar/so called MPs,MNAs and
SENATERS made by the secrete hands.
Health facility is equal to nil , no qualified doctor is available in 1000
population, question of medicine does not arise . Electricity is only written
and read in the books in the interior of this province. Their livelihood is
mostly on livestock or when Allah bless on the earth with rain. They can only
grow some wheat , 80% of population of this province is living hand to mouth.
poverty is dancing every where. The Prophet Mohammad (S.A.W.S) has mentioned in
a hadith. That poverty is KUFR (denial of all morals). This is the nut shell of
Balochistan and its inhabitants .on the other hand 55 minerals of the world are
found in this province Including 700 km of coast, rich with sea food. gas,
petrol, copper , gold , sulphur , byrite , chromites , Onex , coal , etc in huge
quantity have been explored in this province, but no facility is available in
any part of this province, but the cities and villages of other than Balochistan
at the distance of 1000 km are enjoying it. But the local people facing hunger,
despite being rich.
Now I will again touch the tribal system of Serdars. They always get advantages
from establishment in the shape of pecuniary, force and white collar.
Every serdar is provided fatal weapon by the government with 100 and more armed
persons with vehicles , fuel and other daily expenses also handsome pay to all
armed persons . they use this force against the people to wards illiteracy and
slavery in 21ST century , Logic behind this is that only serdar is shown
patriotic and population insurgent . now serdar uses their tactics first of all
to make obstacle in education and grow more poverty+ illiteracy , their iron
grip on population with the help of establishment becomes more strong.
The serdar play dual role in the society. First to instigate the illiterate
persons to come face to face with army and demand equity and funds for
development otherwise take weapon and hold stretch in the mountains on the other
hand play game with establishment only they are loyal to the state get more
power and more advantages to counter the rebel.
In this game the foolish establishment gives them free hand. They kidnap the
educated persons and get handsome money for their release otherwise kill them
and throw their dead bodies in the mountains or bury them collectively ,then
they claim and show to establishment that they are countering the insurgency
beside the army and claim more advantages to strengthen their position.
All the problems are created by the serdars and establishment otherwise the
sincerity of baloch population is more patriotic than serdars without getting
any advantage except education. If government take back their illegitimate
support to serdars , none of his tribes men will shake hand with them
I would like to suggest the government make serdars un armed and take back the
illegal support of government and render same services to the population i.e
education, health agriculture like other parts of Pakistan. you will see a
positive change in the society and backward province of Balochistan will soon
change into developed province of Pakistan . this province is able to feed the
other parts of Pakistan .Talent is existing in the province loyalty is 100 % .
but conspiracy of serdars have made blind the establishment. Kindly open your
eyes and see the facts.

establishment and government and creates insurgency/rebel in the province and
why.
