Democracy driven by Politicians
is not a solution for People of Pakistan
Politicians in Pakistan have always led country into deep crises because motives
of ruling and opposition parties remained personal benefit and corruption
mostly. So! Is it Marshall Law the solution? If we review past decades then
definitely it is evident that most suitable solution for the Pakistan Nation is!
but not for politicians. Anti-Pak forces definitely suppress and discourage
Marshall Law Governments to gain their own advantages. So what to do?
If we closely observe we need politicians only to sign papers that are presented
to Elected Prime Minister, President, Ministers etc. ; most of time they also
lack expertise and required skillset for the positions. All functions of state
are run by relevant Government official departments for example ; Ministry of
Interior, Ministry of Planning , Ministry of Irrigation, Ministry of Labor,
Armed Forces, Police, Judiciary, regulatory authorities etc. These Government
departments are themselves led by experienced officials. As far as general
public is concerned they are directly connected to one of these ministries where
people come to get services or file complaints whatever the case is. We are
paying huge sums of money collected through TAXES only to house and run elected
representatives regardless of if elections were rigged or not, regardless of
they meet people’s demands. The precious billions of rupees are spent on these
elected politicians for getting nothing in return.
If someone says Politicians are elected representatives of public so they
resolve issues of public and provide welfare. Can someone observe that how many
of millions of people were able to approach their elected representatives after
representatives got elected? I am convinced that Political parties and
politicians are MAFIAS or GANGS that our country does not need. Our country
definitely does not need Marshall Law even when it is the best solution (because
it always brought prosperity and wellness to nation of Pakistan.) It is worth
noting that kingdoms in world also have brought on great developments and
welfare to their people. Let’s get rid of all issues once for all the times to
come in future.
THE NEW FORM OF GOVERNMENT, a new democracy must be established on following
principles:
1. All Government departments/ ministries including Armed Forces are running
matters of state and are prime contact points for people of Pakistan. So they
all can share a parliament or assembly.
2. All heads of non-political genuine Government officials will sit in this
parliament and will represent matters of their interest. Their interests’ means
wills and wishes of General Public of Pakistan related to that department of
Government.
3. A well efficient team can be setup dedicated to coordinate all activities
between all members.
4. Judiciary can observe and monitor all matters whether they are in interests
of Nation or not.
5. A person definitely will be required to represent to external world. That one
person will be elected from each of ministry for a period of one year or more or
they all can elect one member for a period of only one year. Does this affect
consistency and stability of policies? No- not at all because all matters of
state already are being run by Government officials who can be trusted.
6. Code of conduct can easily be prepared and followed. New laws favoring only
general public will take place.
This is very high level view of what a STATE/GOVERNMENT of such a high caliber
and nature looks like but really this is what people of Pakistan want.
