Conducted in all Benazir Registration Tehsil Centers, the Dynamic BISP Survey Registration Program 2025 is an important update for both existing and potential beneficiaries of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP). It is aimed to collect fresh and accurate household data related to income, education, health, and assets through the dynamic BISP survey in June 2025.
This survey is to ensure that the financial aid is given to truly deserving candidates, in which pregnant women, senior citizens, and differently abled individuals will be prioritized. Dynamic BISP survey registration is mandatory for all beneficiaries to ensure timely payments and avoid suspensions.
Dynamic BISP Survey Last Date
The officially announced dynamic BISP survey last date is 30th June 2025. Beneficiaries who are currently receiving aid through the BISP programs must complete their re-survey before this deadline to continue receiving installments. In case of failing to register before the deadline, the quarterly payments will be discontinued.
There will be no extensions after June 30, 2025, so make sure to complete your survey before the due date by visiting your nearest Benazir Registration Center as soon as possible.

The dynamic BISP survey enrollment process involves the following steps:
- Visit your nearest Benazir Registration Center.
- Join the line at the information desk (vulnerable groups will be prioritized).
- Provide your or a family member’s CNIC.
- Receive a registration token.
- Go to the Data Entry Desk on your turn.
- Answer their questions regarding your household members, education, health, assets, and income.
- Provide your active mobile number.
- Collect your token receipt and leave the center.
- If found eligible, you will receive a letter regarding the BISP Kifalat Programme.
