Sindh Talent Hunt Program 2027 Eligibility
Applicants need a Sindh domicile and an Intermediate or equivalent qualification completed in 2024, 2025 or 2026. Selection considers academic merit and financial need.
- DAE means Diploma of Associate Engineering. Intermediate and DAE applicants must pass annual examinations without supplementary results.
- Computing applicants qualify with Intermediate Mathematics from any subject group.
- Pre-Medical students without Mathematics must complete two additional Mathematics courses, worth six credit hours, during their first year, including the zero semester.
- The business and economics, computing, education, media and physical education degrees also accept three principal A-level subjects with grades D or higher, an American High School Diploma with at least 60%, or an International Baccalaureate with at least 25/45 points.
- BS Mathematics requires D or higher in three principal Pre-Engineering A-level subjects.
- Engineering requires C or higher in each of three principal Pre-Engineering subjects. The documents state no age limit or fixed household income ceiling.

- Visit the Sukkur IBA admission portal and find STHP 2027. Register or sign in when asked, then keep your login details
- Enter your name, CNIC/B-form number, phone number and email. Take the board, passing year, subjects and marks from your result cards
- Add your Sindh domicile, parent or guardian and household income details. Pick a degree and test centre if the page offers these choices
- Upload the documents named on the form. Use readable files in the accepted formats and sizes
- Follow any fee instructions on the portal and save the receipt if you make a payment. The advertisement gives no fee amount
- Check the form and submit by 29 October 2026. Keep your application number, confirmation and a copy of the form
After submitting, check the portal, university announcements and your registered phone or email for updates. Read the test notice for admit-card instructions, the venue, reporting time and identity documents.
Scholarship Benefits
Benefits for the Foundation Semester
The 200 selected students receive:
- 100% tuition fee waiver during the foundation semester
- Free books and study manuals
- Rs. 5,500 per month for living expenses
- An additional Rs. 4,000 monthly stipend
- Total monthly financial support of Rs. 9,500
Hostel accommodation is unavailable during the foundation semester.
Benefits for Undergraduate Scholarships
The top 100 qualifying students receive scholarships at Sukkur IBA University’s main campus, including:
- Full admission and tuition fee waiver for four years, covering eight regular semesters
- Rs. 5,000 monthly stipend during those eight semesters
- Study in an eligible undergraduate degree program
Students need at least a 2.2 GPA in the foundation semester and must meet degree admission requirements. Recipients must maintain at least a 2.2 CGPA, their overall grade average, to continue receiving the fee waiver.
