Ingredients
  1. Ingredients:
  3. Potatoes 1/2 kg
  4. Cumin 1 tsp
  5. Green chillies 4
  6. Red chillies round 4
  7. Toamtoes 1
  8. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  9. Onion 1
  10. Coriander 1/2 bunch
  11. Salt 1/2 tsp
  12. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  13. Oil as required
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Aalu ko gol kaatyn, phir piyaaz ko lambai main kaat lyn.
  • 2- Aik pan main oil garam kr ky piyaaz, aalu aur zeera shaamil krdyn.
  • 3- Ab isy dhak kr aalu ko thora galny tak pakain.
  • 4- Phir is main tamatar, namak, chaat masala, haldi, aur gol laal mirchon ko tor kr daalyn.
  • 5- Us ky baad hara dhaniya aur hari mirchyn shaamil kr ky 5 minute dhak kar pakain aur phir serve kryn.
