Ingredients
  1. Boiled potatoes  ½ kg
    Lemon 2
    Green chilies chopped   4
    Mint chopped ½ bunch
    White vinegar  ½ cup
    White cumin    1 tsp
    Nigella seed     1 tsp
    Red chili crushed              1 tbsp
    Mustard powder              1 tbsp
    Whole coriander              1 tbsp
    Oil          as required
Method
  • First wash ½ kg potato and half boil them to peel and cut them in small cubes. In a wok heat as required oil and fry potatoes cubes till it turn golden brown. Then put them in salad bowl. In a chopped add ½ cup white vinegar, 2 lemon juice, 1 tsp nigella seed, 1 tbsp red chili crushed, 1 tsp white cumin and 1 tbsp whole coriander to toast and grind them. Then mix  in potato with 1 tbsp mustard powder, ½ bunch chopped mint and 4 chopped green chillies to mix and serve.
