Ingredients
  1. Mutton ½ Kg
  2. Onion 3 Tiny Cut
  3. Whole Black Pepper 1 Tsp
  4. Almond 20 , peel off after boiling
  5. Green Chili 8
  6. Lemon 6
  7. Yoghurt ½ Cup
  8. Crushed Ginger 1 Tbsp
  9. Pudynh ½ Bunch
  10. KhashKhaash 1 Tbsp
  11. Oil 1 Cup
  12. Salt As per need
Method
  • Chop almond , khashkhaash , green chili and black pepper , heat oil in cooking bowl and fry onion till it turns red and place it on a paper , crush it when it become crinkle.
  • Now put meat in the same hot oil and dry it , add Yoghurt , onion , ginger and salt with water and fry them on light heat till meat turns soft.
  • Add crushed spices in it and keep it cook for 5 minutes then add lemon juice in it and cap it for some time.
  • Your delicious almond meat is ready to serve.
