Ingredients
  1. 2 Large Boiled and Mashed potatoes
  2. 2 Green Chilies, chopped
  3. 1 tbsp Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  4. 1 cup gram flour
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tsp Red chili powder
  7. ¼ tsp Garam Masala powder
  8. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  9. Oil for frying
Method
  • Add salt, chili powder, garam masala, coriander, and green chilies to the mashed potatoes and mix well, shape into small balls.
  • In a bowl take a cup of gram flour, add turmeric powder, little salt and chili
  • powder to it.
  • Add little water gradually and mix to a medium consistency batter.
  • Dip each potato ball in the batter and deep fry them till golden brown. Serve the aloo bondas hot, with chutney.
