Ingredients
  1. 1 ounce Yogurt
  2. 2 Potatoes boiled
  3. 2 Finely chopped green chilies
  4. 1/2 bunch Finely chopped mint leaves
  5. 1 tsp Crushed red chilies
  6. 1 tsp Sugar
  7. as required Salt
  8. For the bhagar
  9. 4 Curry leaves
  10. 1 tsp Cumin
  11. 3 tbsp Oil
Method
  • In a mixing bowl combine together the yogurt, boiled potatoes, chopped green chilies, chopped mint leaves, crushed red chilies, crushed black pepper, sugar and salt. Heat oil in a pan and fry the curry leaves and cumin until they begin to sizzle.
  • Pour over the yogurt and serve.
