Ingredients
  1. Boiled chick peas 300 gm
    Sugar 250 gm
    Cashew nuts ½ cup
    Small cardamom 10-12
    Clarified butter                1 -1 ½ cup
Method
  • Wash and clean 300 chickpeas and soak them in water along with some baking soda. Boil them. Take 1 – ½ cup clarified butter in the pan and sauté 10-12 cardomom seeds. Add in boiled chickpeas and cook. In a separate pan make sugar syrup. Add the chick peas mixture in the sugar syrup. Dish it out and garnish it with cashew nuts.
