Ingredients
  1. Bread slice 8 to 10 slice
    Evaporated milk 1 tin
    Sugar ½ cup
    Corn flour 2 tsp
    Dry apricot 10
    Almond                10 to 12
    Orange marmalade 2 tbsp
    Small cardamom 4
    Oil as required
    Silver paper as required
Method
  • Cut slices in 2 to 4 pieces. Take out almond from apricot. Cut apricot and almond in small pieces. Now crush cardamom with 1 tbsp of sugar. Heat up oil in a wok and put slices to fry till it turns golden brown and spread it on absorbing paper. Take another frying pan and add evaporated milk, corn flour and cardamom and make a thick batter. Melt sugar and make caramel and put almond and apricot in it. When chill out add marmalade in it. Now first place the fried pieces of bread then place layer of milk batter and in the end place layer of apricot. Garnish it with silver paper
