Ingredients
  1. Almonds 250 gm
    Khoya ½ kg
    Semolina 250 gm
    Milk ½ kg
    Sugar ½ kg
    Clarified butter                2 cup
Method
  • Boil 250 gm almonds, peel them off and make a paste. Rub khoya and make it smooth. Take 2 cup clarified butter in the pan and add in almond paste, ½ kg khoya and 250 gm semolina. Cook it well till all the ingredients are mixed up together. Remove the pan from the stove and add in ½ liter milk gradually. Keep on stirring it. put it on the stove again and cook it till the milk dries and oil starts separating. Now take ½ kg sugar in a separate pan with water, cook it and make sugar syrup. Add in the prepared mixture and mix it well. Spread the mixture in a dish. Garnish it with almonds and serve
