  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Red chilli 1 tsp
  6. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  8. Green chilli 1 tbsp

  • METHOD:
  • 1- Baingan ko 15 minute ubaal lyn.
  • 2- Ab baingano pr darmiyan sy chaar hisson main cheera lagain.
  • 3- Phir in main tamam ajzaa mix kr ky ksi jar main daalyn aur 2 sy 3 din k liye rakh dyn.
