  3. Edible gum 2 tbsp
  4. Jaggery grinded 1 cup
  5. Clarified butter 1 cup
  6. Mix nuts 1/2 cup
  7. Chopped coconut 1/2 cup
  8. White seasame seeds 2 tbsp
  9. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Ghee garam kar ky is main gond fry kr ky nkaal lyn.
  • 2- Ab is main bajray ka aata daal kar bhoonyn.
  • 3- Gur ko pan main daal kar dheemi aanch par chor dyn, ta k wo pighal jaye.
  • 4- Phir is main bhuny bajray ka aata milayn.
  • 5- Saath hi mix mewa, nariyal aur safaid til shaamil kr ky mix kryn.
  • 6- Akhir main ilaichi powder daal akar mazeed mix kar lyn, thanda hojaye to laddu bana lyn.
