Ingredients

Chicken ½ kg (diced)
Flour 1 cup
Paprika 1 ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 1 (slightly beaten)
Milk 2/3 cup
Butter 1 tbsp (melted)
Oil as required

Method

In a bowl add flour, paprika, salt, egg, milk and melted butter and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Dip the chicken pieces in the prepared batter and then put them in the oil to fry.
