Ingredients
  1. Rice boiled 1/2 kg
  2. Mint leaves 1 bunch
  3. Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  4. Green chilies 8
  5. Beef boiled 1/2 kg
  6. Yellow food color 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt 1/2 tsp
  8. Yogurt 1 cup
  9. Papaya 1 tbsp
  10. Red chilies crushed 1 tbsp
  11. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  12. Onions 2
  13. Coal 1
  14. Oil 1/2 cup
Method
  • Cut beef into small small pieces and marinate with yogurt, yellow color, papaya, red chilies, ginger garlic paste and salt for 2 hours.
  • Now heat oil in pot, fry onion until brown, put masala meat and cover it.
  • When meat tender, roast it nicely.
  • Then put mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies and rice and simmer it for 10 minutes.
