INGREDIENTS

Rice boiled 1/2 kg

Mint leaves 1 bunch

Coriander leaves 1 bunch

Green chilies 8

Beef boiled 1/2 kg

Yellow food color 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Yogurt 1 cup

Papaya 1 tbsp

Red chilies crushed 1 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

Onions 2

Coal 1

Oil 1/2 cup

METHOD

Cut beef into small small pieces and marinate with yogurt, yellow color, papaya, red chilies, ginger garlic paste and salt for 2 hours.

Now heat oil in pot, fry onion until brown, put masala meat and cover it.

When meat tender, roast it nicely.

Then put mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies and rice and simmer it for 10 minutes.
