  3. Beef mince 350 grams
  4. Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
  5. Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  6. Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  7. Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  8. Red chilli flakes 2 tsp
  9. Tomatoes chopped 2
  10. Onion chopped 1
  11. Salt 1 tsp
  12. Egg 2
  13. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  14. Oil for frying
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Palak ko 100 degree centigrade pr 25 minute bake kr ky crush kryn.
  • 2- Ab piyaaz aur tamatar bareek chop kr lyn.
  • 3- Phir beef pr anaar daana, mayyonise, zeera powder, saabut dhaniya, kuti laal mirch, adrak lehsun ka paste aur anda lga kr mix kr lyn.
  • 4- Saath hi palak bhi shaamil kr ky mix kryn.
  • 5- Phir namak daal kr 5 minute chor dyn.
  • 6- Ab pan main oil garam kr ky kabab fry kr lyn.
