Ingredients
  1. 1 kg Beef
  2. 1 & 1/2 cup Tomatoes
  3. 6 Green chilies
  4. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  5. 1 tsp Ginger (julienne)
  6. 2 tbsp Coriander fresh
  7. 1/2 cup Yogurt
  8. 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
  9. 1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
  10. 1/2 cup Oil
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  13. 1 tbsp Chili flakes
  14. 1 tbsp Coriander crushed
  15. 1 tsp Cumin crushed
  16. 1 tsp Garam masala powder
Method
  • In a pan heat oil, add ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, green chilies and cook until light brown.
  • Add beef and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Then add salt, red chili powder, chili flakes, coriander, cumin crushed and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes, yogurt and mix well.
  • Add 2 & 1/2 cup hot water and cook on low flame for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
  • When meat is tender, cook on medium heat, add coriander, ginger and mix well.
  • In last add garam masala powder and mix it well.
  • Garnish with green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, tomato chunks and serve.
