Ingredients
  1. Sela Rice 500 grams (soaked)
  2. Beef 300 gm (sliced)
  3. Eggs 6 (boiled)
  4. Potatoes 3-4 (boiled)
  5. Onion 1 (sliced)
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  7. Cinnamon stick 2-3
  8. Green cardamoms 3-4
  9. Black cardamoms 3-4
  10. Cloves 3-4
  11. Yogurt 250 grams
  12. Big green chilies 3-4
  13. Tomatoes 3-4
  14. Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  15. Curry powder 2 tbsp
  16. Cumin powder ½ tsp
  17. Oil 1 cup
  18. Salt to taste
Method
  • Peel off boiled eggs and potato.
  • Take a cooking pan add cooking oil fry onion until light brown, add ginger garlic paste and fry until get aroma.
  • Then add beef, cinnamon sticks, green cardamoms, cloves, black cardamoms and mix it well and fry.
  • Take a mixing bowl add yogurt, red chili powder, cumin powder, curry powder, and to taste salt mix it well.
  • Add the mixture in cooking pan and cook until beef tender and oil comes up.
  • Now add soaked sela rice and add as required water then add tomatoes, green chilies, cook until the water is dry and rice are 80% done.
  • Place boiled potatoes on rice and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until rice are fully cooked.
  • Dish it out in a serving platter, garnish with boiled eggs and serve it.
