Bihari Qeema Recipe

Bihari Qeema is a Spicy dish. It mainly served by Parathas, Green chutney and Onion Rings. This dish is a variation of Bihari Kababs or Boti. This special family is usually cooked with ingredients like Spices, Coconut and Yogurt. It is especially made on occasion like BBQ parties, Wedding and Birthday ceremonies. Ingredients
  1. Beef Mince ½ kg
  2. Yogurt 1 cup
  3. Big cardamom 2
  4. Lemons 2
  5. Chopped onion 2
  6. Whole red chilies 3
  7. Green chilies 4
  8. Small cardamom 6
  9. Mint leaves ½ bunch
  10. Yogurt ½ cup
  11. Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  12. White cumin 1 tsp
  13. Chick peas 1 tbsp
  14. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  15. Bihari masala 1 tbsp
  16. Oil 2 tbsp
  17. Salt to taste
Method
  • Grind together, 3 red chilies, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp white cumin, 6 small cardamom, 1 tbsp black chick peas, and 2 small cardamom in the grinder.
  • Add in 2 tbsp oil in the an, and add in onion. Fry it till they are golden brown.
  • Take it out an dkeep it aside then add in ½ kg mince , salt , 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, grinded masala 1 tbspbihari masala, 1 cup yogurt, 2 lemon and 4 green chilies.
  • Mix it and add it in the pan. When the water dries dish it out and garish it with fried onion, mint leaves and serve.

Many peoples also add raw papaya in the behari keema but I don’t think so it need to add papaya because it is not a very difficult to decompose, it is such a great in the taste due to the packet masala.
