Ingredients
  1. Boneless chicken ½ kg
    Green coriander chopped 1 bunch
    Bread crumbs 1 packet
    Bread slices 2
    Green onion 2
    Egg white 2
    Green chilies 6
    Black pepper 1 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Red chili powder 1 tbsp
    White vinegar 2 tbsp
    Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
    Oil for fry
    Salt to taste
Method
  • In a chopper add ½ kg boneless, 2 bread slice and 2 tbsp vinegar to make paste. when all mix together add 6 green chilies, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp red chili, salt to taste, 1 bunch of green coriander chopped and 2 tbsp ketchup to mix to form a mixture. then made cutlets from batter and coat them with egg white and bread crumbs. Heat as required oil in pan and fry cutlets till it turn golden brown. Serve it with chili sauce.
