  3. پھول گوبی ۔۔ ایک عدد
  4. کالی مرچ ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
  5. نمک ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
  6. اولوآئل ۔۔ حسنب ضرورت
METHOD
  • بوائل ویجیٹیبل بنانے کیلئے سب سے پہلے آلو اور گاجر کو جولین کاٹ لیں۔ اب ایک پین میں اولوآئل ڈال کر تمام سبزیاں فرائی کرلیں پھر اس میں نمک اور کالی مرچ شامل کردیں اور ٹھنڈا کر کے سرو کریں۔
