  1. Spaghetti ½ packet
  2. Beef mince 1 cup
  3. Butter 2 tbsp
  4. Oil 3 tbsp
  5. Onion 1 medium (chopped)
  6. Carrot 1
  7. Celery stick 1
  8. Garlic cloves 3 (chopped)
  9. Salt t taste
  10. Black pepper ½ tsp
  11. Milk 1 cup
  12. Tomatoes 4 (blanched and chopped)
  13. Bay leaf 1
  14. Thyme ½ tsp
  15. Parsley 2 tbsp (chopped)
Method
  • 1.Boil spaghetti and set aside.
  • 2.Heat butter and oil, add chopped onion and saute.
  • 3.Then add minced beef and chopped garlic, stir fry for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • 4.Add sliced carrot, celery mix well and saute.
  • 5.Now add milk, chopped tomatoes, chopped parsley, thyme and bay leaf. Cover the pan and simmer.
  • 6.Remove the lid after 10 to 12 minutes, discard the bay leaf, turn the flame high and dry excess water.
  • 7.Set spaghetti in a platter and top it with meat sauce and serve.
  • Note: Cooking 60-65 minuts, Serving: 3-4 persons
