  1. ایواپوریٹڈ ملک ﴿ٹھنڈا﴾ آدھا ٹِن
  2. کنڈیسنڈ ملک آدھا ٹِن
  3. پگھلی چاکلیٹ آدھا کپ
  4. پسا کھوپرا آدھا کپ
  5. فریش کریم ﴿پھینٹی ہوئی﴾ ڈیڑھ کپ
  6. ونیلا ایسنس آدھا چائے کا چمچ
METHOD
  • ٹھنڈے ایواپوریٹڈ ملک کو ایک پیالے میں ڈال کر اچھی طرح پھینٹ لیں، یہاں تک کہ وہ گاڑھا اور فلفی ہو جائے۔
  • اب اس میں کنڈیسنڈ ملک ڈال دیں۔
  • پھر اس میں پسا کھوپرا، پھینٹی فریش کریم ڈال کر فولڈ کریں اور ایک ہوا بند ڈبے میں ڈال کر تھوڑا سا جما لیں۔
  • اب اسے فریزر سے نکال کر پگھلی چاکلیٹ میں آہستہ سے فولڈ کریں۔
  • اس کے بعد رات بھر کے لیے فریز کر دیں۔
