Ingredients
  1. Mutton brain3 – 4
    Salt to taste
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Turmeric½ tsp
    Black pepper powder½ tsp
    Green chilies chopped2 – 3
    Coriander leaves¼ bunch
    Egg2
    Semolina125 gm
    Onion chopped1
    Gram flour2 tbsp
    Flour3 tbsp
    Peas (boiled & mashed)½ cup
    Oilfor fry
    Water1 cup
Method
  • Boil water in a pan, add ½ tsp turmeric and 3 – 4 mutton brain. Boil till tender.
    Remove from pan and keep aside. Now coarsely mash the cooked brain, mix with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, chopped onion and boiled mashed peas.
    Then add 3 tbsp flour and 2 tbsp gram flour. Mix well and keep aside.
    Make small cutlets with the mixture. dip each in beaten egg, coat with semolina. Again dip in beaten egg and shallow fry till done.
