  1. Butter melted 2/3 cup
    Caster sugar 1 ½ cup
    Flour 1 ½ cup
    Milk 1 ½ cup
    Eggs 2
    Vanilla essence 1 tsp
    Baking powder ½ tsp
    Walnuts ½ cup
    Coco powder 4 tbsp
    Ingredients for fillingCondensed milk 1 tin
    Pepper mint essence ½ tsp
    Green color few drops
    Fresh cream whipped 8 ounces
    Chocolate chips ½ cup
    Ingredients for fudge sauceChocolate ½ cup grated
    Butter 1 tbsp
    Condensed milk 4 tbsp
    Water 1 tbsp
    Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Method
  • In a bowl combine Butter melted 2/3 cup, Caster sugar 1 ½ cup, Flour 1 ½ cup, Milk 1 ½ cup, Eggs 2, Vanilla essence 1 tsp, Baking powder ½ tsp, Walnuts ½ cup, Coco powder 4 tbsp, and beat for 3 minutes, spread in a rectangular Pyrex dish, greased. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes on 180 degree, remove and cool.
    Ingredients for fillingIn a large bowl combine condensed milk, color, fold in whipped cream and chocolate chips, pour evenly over brownie, cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
    To serveLift brownies from pan, cut into squares, serve with hot fudge sauce, garnish with cream and walnuts.
    Method for fudge saucePut altogether in a sauce pan cook until smooth and glossy.
