Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Tamarind pulp
  2. 6 cup Water
  3. 1 tbsp Cumin crushed
  4. to taste Salt
  5. Bhagar ingredients
  6. 5-6 Red chili whole
  7. 10-12 Curry leaves
  8. 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  9. 2-3 tbsp Oil
Method
  • In pan add 6 cups of water, salt to taste, 1 tbsp of crushed cumin and 1 cup of tamarind pulp and cook until the mixture starts to boil. Pour the mixture into a bowl . To make the bhagar take a pan heat 2-3 tbsp of oil and add 10-12 curry leaves, 5-6 red chili whole and 1 tsp of mustard seeds .Fry until the contents of the pan begin to sizzle . Pour the bhagar over the tamarind and serve.
