Mix together 1/2 mince, 2 chopped onion, 1/2 cup corn flour, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic pate, 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 egg and 2 tsp red chili powder. Mix well and make small Kabab. Heat oil and Shallow fry all Kabab.
Method for ChutneyIn blender put together 4 green chilies, 4 garlic cloves, 1/2 cup tamarind pulp, 1/2 bunch of coriander leaves, 1/2 bunch of mint leaves and 1 tsp cumin seeds. Blend well. Mix half of blended mixture in 1 cup yogurt.
To AssembleCut 4 buns into halves. Toast with oil as required. Spread some Chutney on one side of bun. Put one kabab, top with onion rings, sliced tomato and sliced cucumber. Pour some yogurt Chutney and now put other part of bun on top. Serve hot.
