I a pan fry 1kg milk with 2cup of sugar to dissolve the sugar.
When milk get thick then add 1cup cream, 250g creamy cheese and 2 egg yolks in a mixing bowl beat them with the help of beater, put it into milk mixture and fry on low flame.
Make sure that milk should not boil during the process. In another pan add 30g china grass with water as required, fry until the grass gets dissolve.
Then add milk mixture and mix it properly with help of egg beater. Now grease the cake trey on 4-5tbsp butter, pour the mixture an set aside for a while in room temperature.
Now placed the mixture in fridge. In the end take out the cake from fridge and garnished with as required season food and cream and serve it.
