  4. Eggs 2
  5. Mayyonaise 85 gm
  6. Flour 50 gm
  7. Mozzarella cheese 150 gm
  8. Coriander 1+ 1/2 tbsp
  9. Salt 1/2 tsp
  10. Balck pepper 1/4 tsp
  12. For Garlic Dip:
  14. Mayyonaise 85 gm
  15. Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  16. Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp
  17. Salt 1/4 tsp
  18. Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  19. Oil for Shallow frying
  20. Coriander for garnishing
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Aik bowl main chicken bites ky tamam ajzaa daal kr mix kryn aur 2 ghanty fridge main rakh dyn
  • 2- Phir garlic dip ky lye bowl main mayyonaise, lehsun ka paste, lemon juice, namak aur kaali mirch daal kr mix mix kryn aur aik taraf rakh dyn.
  • 3- Ab thora oil garam kr ky merinate ki hui chicken daal kr 3 sy 4 minute aik taraf sy sotey kr lyn.
  • 4- Phir 3 minute doosri taraf sy sotey kryn.
  • 5- Akhir main hara dhaniya sy garnish kr ky garlic dip ky sath serve kryn.
