Ingredients
  1. Potatoes
  2. Soya Sauce
  3. Corn Starch or Wheat Flour
  4. Ketchup, Oil and Water
  5. Chicken (Boneless Piece)
  6. Tandoori Masala (1 tbps)
  7. Salt and White/Black Pepper
  8. onions
  9. chili
  10. Capsicum
  11. Mushroom
  12. Olives
  13. cheese
  14. Scallion (Hari Pyaz)
  15. cream
  16. Tandori Masala
Method
  • 1-Cut 2 Potatoes in large dice shape or in long typical .
  • 2-Soak them in cold water for 2 minutes. Drain the water. Add a splash of Soya Sauce and coat the potato dices in Corn Starch or Wheat Flour.
  • 3-Set aside the coated-potato dices and place the frying pan with deep measured oil on stove. Bring the Oil to bubble boiling.
  • 4-Fry the potato dices until super crisp.
  • 5-Drain the oil and let the potatoes rest on tissue paper (which soaks remaining oil).
  • Then, Set these aside.
  • 6-Chop Chicken (Boneless Piece) into small cubes.
  • 7-Marinate with
  • Tandoori Masala (1 tbps),
  • A pinch of Salt and White/Black Pepper
  • Add Half spoon of Ketchup, Oil and Water
  • Pour the mixture to frying pan. Add half cup of water and stir the mixture. Let it cook until the water dries off.
  • 8-Place the pan on stove and pour Potato Dices, Chicken Dices, and Cheese Crushed. Add chopped onions, chili, Capsicum, Mushroom and Olives. Toss them up, Or simply, play with your favorite ingredients and load up your Fries pan.
  • 9-On Top, Repeat layer with heavy cheese, Scallion (Hari Pyaz), Olive slices and cream.
  • 10-Cover the Pan from top and let the steam heat the loaded Chicken Cheese Pizza Fries for two 3 minutes on low temperature. And Voilaa!!
