Ingredients
  1. To marinade:
    Wing drumsticks ½ kg
    Soy sauce 2 tbsp
    White vinegar 2 tbsp
    Corn flour 2 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Ingredients:
    Peeled and roasted peanuts ½ cup
    Long cut green chilies 8
    Corn flour ½ cup
    Soy sauce 1 tbsp
    Egg whites 2
    Salt a pinch
    Kissan cooking oil as required
Method
  • Marinade the chicken wings with soy sauce, white vinegar, corn flour, ginger garlic paste and salt and boil it in its own water until it completely dries out. Now mix these drumsticks with corn flour, egg whites, soy sauce and a pinch of salt. Now heat oil in a wok and deep fry these drumsticks until golden brown. Now fry the peanuts and green chilies lightly and mix with the chicken. Sprinkle some red chilli flakes over the top and serve hot.
