Chicken Liver On Toast recipe by Zarnak Sidhwa. This delightful Ramadan Recipes recipe of Chicken Liver On Toast can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish. Hide

INGREDIENTS

Onion (thickly sliced) 1
Butter 3 tbsp
Garlic crushed 3 cloves
Chicken livers ½ kg
HP sauce 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
Red chilies, crushed 1 tsp
Chicken stock 1 cup
Toast to serve with
Parsley, chopped to serve
 

METHOD

Marinate livers with salt, HP sauce, black pepper and crushed red chilies. Saute onion in butter and add the garlic, add livers and sauté till color changes, add the chicken stock and let cook till done. Serve on toasts topped with parsley chopped.
