Boneless chicken breast cut into breast 1 kg
Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts 12
Yogurt ½ cup
Salt 1 ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Cream 3 to 4 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp


Grind together very finely sesame seeds, poppy seeds and cashew nuts, mix with yogurt, salt, white pepper, black pepper, ginger garlic and cream, leave to marinate chicken in this mixture for 2 hours, heat butter and ¼ cup oil in a handi, put marinated chicken, leave it on low flame for 20 minutes till done, serve garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies.

The taste of malai handi is very delicious, it is not much spicy but in the less spicy ingredients it is full of taste, I am good to make chicken handi and this time I also make this malai chicken handi.

After complete this dish when I serve it I also mix butter while serving it to my family because butter makes such a pleasant smell which every one like and wants to eat due to this smell of butter.
