In clay pot heat 1 cup oil and fry 2 onions paste till it turn light brown. Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp black pepper crushed and 1 tbsp crushed red chili to suate. Now add 2 chopped tomato and cook till water dries. Now add ½ kg chicken to cook. Then add 4 chopped green chilies 2 lemon juice and 2 tbsp chopped ginger and simmer for 5 minutes, dish it out and garnish with green coriander and serve with paratha or chappati.
